Support to help you navigate logging into LSB Online
- For lawyers, your username is your practitioner number which begins with P00… You can find your practitioner number on your current practising certificate. You can also find this in the email sent to you when the renewal period began (search for news@lsbc.vic.gov.au).
- For entities, your username is your legal entity ID issued when you registered. The entity ID begins with E00…
- For clerks, your username is your clerk number and begins with C00….
- For external examiners, your username is your number issued to you by the Board commencing with A00….
If you are unable to locate this visit the Lawyer enquiry form and select ‘Assistance’ and ‘Assistance with logging into or using LSB Online’.
Visit the LSB Online page of our website and click on the ‘Log into LSB Online’ button. Select ‘Forgot password’.
You will be asked to enter your username and your date of birth. You will then receive an email with a temporary password, which you will need to reset when you next log into LSB Online. Temporary passwords are only valid for 24 hours.
Your account will be locked if you incorrectly enter your username and/or password five times.
To reset a password for an entity, please contact us via the lawyer enquiry form and select ‘Assistance’ and ‘Assistance with logging into or using LSB Online’. These cannot be reset via the ‘Forgot password’ button.
We will have to manually change your email address and re-set your password for you. Visit the Lawyer enquiry form and select ‘Assistance’ and ‘Assistance with logging into or using LSB Online’. You will need to provide your practitioner number (or date of birth), name and your new email address.
If you incorrectly enter your username and/or password five times you will be locked out of LSB Online. We will need to unlock your account and re-set your password for you. Visit the Lawyer enquiry form and select ‘Assistance’ and ‘Assistance with logging into or using LSB Online’.
