Customer surveys
The VLSB+C conducts surveys with consumers and lawyers about their experience dealing with us.
If you have recently contacted us or are part of an ongoing complaint you might receive a link to complete a survey in an email or by SMS (if you have given us permission to contact you this way).
We encourage you to complete the survey and let us know about your experience.
Your feedback and responses will be kept confidential and will be treated in line with our Privacy Policy. We use this feedback to make improvements to how we work.
We will often use a third party to send these surveys. Currently these are sent by Customer Service Benchmarking Australia.
Opting out
If you do not wish to receive online surveys from the VLSB+C, you can opt out by clicking unsubscribe when you receive your first survey.
